Live audio and video communication occurs directly between participants using real-time communication technologies (such as WebRTC). DebateRoom does not retain copies of conversations.
To take part in a debate, the app requests access to your device's camera and microphone. This access powers live video and audio during a session only; the streams are transmitted directly between participants and are not recorded or stored by us. You can revoke camera or microphone access at any time in your device settings.
To enable live debate sessions, certain network information, including IP addresses and connection metadata, is processed temporarily to establish and maintain peer-to-peer or relay-based connections.
This information may pass through third-party infrastructure providers solely for operational, security, and performance purposes. DebateRoom does not use this information for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

It uses cookies to collect standard usage information such as pages visited, referring source, approximate location (derived from IP address), and device and browser type. This information is aggregated to help us measure traffic and improve the Service. It is not used for behavioral profiling or targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
